From request to your door in five stages
Every stage is tracked in your dashboard and confirmed by email.
The workflow
1. Send your request
Choose product name, category, quantity, unit, specifications, preferred brand/model/colour and your delivery address. Save it as a draft and submit when ready.
2. Review and clarifications
Our sourcing team reviews the request. If anything is unclear we move it to "Awaiting your information" and you answer right from the request page.
3. Quotation
You receive an itemised quotation with a validity window. Revisions are issued as new versions — the original is never overwritten.
4. Payment & order
Accept the quotation and an order is created with an invoice. Pay a deposit or the full balance through a gateway or bank transfer. An uploaded receipt is reviewed by finance before it counts.
5. Sourcing to delivery
The order moves through purchasing, supplier processing, quality inspection, ready for shipment, shipped, in transit, customs and delivery — each step notified to you.
Statuses you will see
Product requests: Draft → Submitted → Under Review → Sourcing in Progress → Quotation Ready → Converted to Order.
Orders: Awaiting Payment → Deposit Paid → Payment Confirmed → Purchasing → Supplier Processing → Quality Inspection → Ready for Shipment → Shipped → In Transit → Customs Processing → Out for Delivery → Delivered → Completed.
Payments: Pending → Successful. A bank-transfer payment stays Pending until our finance team verifies your receipt.
Common questions
Can I cancel after submitting?
Yes — while the request is still Submitted, Under Review or Awaiting Your Information. Once sourcing or an order has started, contact support so we can account for committed costs.
Do I pay before seeing a quotation?
No. You only pay after accepting a quotation, and you choose between a deposit and the full balance.
What if my quotation changes?
Each revision is a new version of the same quotation reference. The old version stays readable and is marked superseded.
